So we have been lucky enough to have been reviewed twice now! Yay!
SSHERRILL115 has a blog called The Southern Fan Fiction Review. I love the way she writes her reviews. To be honest, I don't know if I've ever read one of them and didn't want to go read the story immediately. She has a way of simplifying it and making the story seem so much better than we could ever put into words in our short summary. Here's how Sandy described our little fic:
"***Yooou Hooo** You can stop lookin' at the ballplayer's ass and pay attention to my review now, he's not going anywhere! LOL!
Ok, so anyone who knows me, knows that I have just 2 weaknesses #1 Robert Pattinson (just let me sigh) and #2 Baseball players (yum). So what in the whole world could be HOTTER than Edward Masen as a Baseball player. I guess you could say all my dreams have come true. After reading The Hot Corner, I actually wish that Twilight had been written about Baseball players instead of Vampires. Even though Vampires are pretty hot too.
The girls (as I would like to affectionately call them) are truly AWESOME Writers. The story is a collaboration between D Pattinson and LZTZ and it starts out as Bella reminisces over her high school days and her CRUSH on the 3rd baseman Edward Masen from her High School team. Fast forward, Bella owns the Chicago Cubs with her cousin Emmett and they need a 3rd baseman. Edward Masen is now a professional baseball player who plays 3rd for another team. What's a girl to do. Then you find out that Bella and Edward had a little more of a relationship than your originally thought...Do you think I will tell you what that is? NOT! You will just have to read the story and find out.
The Hot Corner is beautifully written and engaging. You will enjoy it from the moment it starts to the time that you are cussing because you have to wait for an update. No - much to my chagrin, this is not a complete fic. But, I am thinking that the girls are working hard and they are going to update as regularly as possible. I follow these two on Twitter and they are really sweet and funny (both of them). I suggest you read this one, so me and you can talk about it. Now, Stop looking at the ballplayers ass and click the link below to get started!"
Thank you so much for all your support, Sandy! It means the world to us. If you are not familiar with her blog, please go and check it out. She reviews approximately three stories a week. She is also great fun to follow on Twitter so if you are interested please go and follow her there too. Here is the link to her profile.
