Peter lives outside of Phoenix, AZ. He is the adoptive father of children, Emily and Jared. He is married to Charlotte. Peter works as a general contractor.
Charlotte is from Pepperdine, CA. She has been married to Peter for twenty years. Charlotte was unable to bear children so they adopted. They have two children, Emily and Jared.

Emily was adopted by the Russell family only a few weeks after her birth. She was born Mackenzie Marie Masen but her name was changed after the adoption. Her birth parents are Isabella Swan and Edward Masen.
Jared is the youngest child of the Russell family. He was adopted three years after Emily.
